How ClearForge Limited handles the personal information you share through this website. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by ClearForge Limited (NZBN 9429053843715), a New Zealand company based in Auckland. When this page says "we" or "us", it means ClearForge Limited. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your phone number or email address, and what you write in your message.
If you call, text or email us, we get your number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We don't ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to talk about the work you're asking about. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.
Where it's kept
Form messages are sent to our business email, hello@clearforge.co.nz. Both the email and the website are hosted by Hostinger, whose servers may be outside New Zealand. Access is limited to ClearForge.
Cookies and other services
We don't use this website to track you for advertising, and we don't run analytics on it. The website software may set a few essential cookies to keep it working and secure.
The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads. Google's own privacy policy covers that.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep sensible business records. If you'd like us to delete yours sooner, just ask.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email hello@clearforge.co.nz or call 022 122 0936.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
