Websites · Fixed price
A site that answers what people ring you to ask.
Most small business sites fail on three things: what you do, where you do it, and how to reach you. I start there, then make sure Google and the AI assistants can read it.
First working version
3 working daysFrom the day your text and photos land. One round of changes included in both prices, so going live usually lands about a week in.
Single page
$299For a trade or a service where the whole story fits on one screen and the point is the phone call.
- One page, your services and your area
- Tap-to-call and a short enquiry form
- Up to 8 of your photos
Full site
$599When people compare you before they ring, or you need pages a search engine can actually land on.
- Up to 6 pages, one per thing you sell
- Photo galleries and staff profiles
- Structured so search engines and AI assistants can understand your services
In both prices
No setup fee, and no maintenance retainer.
Costs more
Told to you before I start, never after.
How it runs
Three steps, and none of them is a meeting.
01 · Day one
You send text and photos
A list of services and whatever photos you have on your phone. I tell you the price the same day.
02 · Days two to four
I build it and send a link
A real site on a private address. You look at it on your own phone, not in a slide deck.
03 · One week in
Changes, then it goes live
You send the list of fixes in one go. I make them, point the domain, and you are up.
The one I have built so far
Auckland Funerals & Memorials
A funeral home serving families who read English and families who read Chinese. Full site at $599, second language at $100, so $699 as built.

That is enough for me to say $299 or $599, usually the same day.
